way finder access

hello has any one had any experience with way finder access.
i mean i bought the program, got it on my phone.
just that it fails to find a suitable Internet access point.
i wondered if any one has come across this as well.
is their anything someone can recommend.

hi what network are you using. try and get it to do an auto search it should sort itself out.

i use o2 pay as you go, but my phone is unlocked and i also have a voda fone and orange sim cards.
i tried your advice but its still saying the same.
